As students learn, teachers and students receive immediate feedback on digital dashboards.

Receiving real-time information on how students learn and solve complex problems can help teachers intervene in the learning process when students need it most.

These reporting tools can also help teachers foster meaningful discussions among their students and identify appropriate next steps that meet their needs.

Teachers can see in real time which activities are in progress, completed, or not yet attempted.

Teachers can monitor progress of individual students in developing important competencies.

After each activity, students can review their performance.

Teachers can design and modify activities and sequences of activities for their students!

PILA offers customiser tools for teachers, content developers and/or assessment designers to create their own learning and assessment activities or modify expert-designed ones to meet their needs. These tools do not require computer programming skills.

The Game Creator powered by Cand.li application aims to develop and assess students' computational problem solving, creative thinking and self-regulated learning skills. Students create video games by designing environments and programming each element.

There are several activity customisers available on PILA. Each one is set in an engaging, interactive environment to collect information on how students learn and apply complex skills, such as computational problem solving and self-regulated learning. Teachers can design the activity, draft instructions and create resources to help students make progress. Play the video to find out more!

With the PILA Sequence Builder, teachers can assemble any of the individual activities available in PILA into a customised sequence to assign immediately to students. This tool helps teachers personalise learning and assessment for their students and receive the information they need to help move their students' learning forward.
